Do you buy office furniture in bulk?
Yes. Bulk is what we do most. We regularly clear anything from a ten-desk startup office to a full floor of workstations, chairs, meeting rooms and storage in a single scheduled visit.
How fast can you clear an office in Dubai?
Most offices under 50 workstations are cleared in one day once the offer is agreed. Larger floors are usually done across two consecutive days. The limiting factor is normally the building service lift booking, not our team.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Many of our office clearances run in the evening or over the weekend so staff are not disturbed and the building permits the lift. Tell us your handover deadline and we will schedule around it.
Do you handle the building moving permit and lift booking?
We will provide the vehicle details, team list and insurance information your building management needs for the moving NOC. The permit itself is usually issued to the tenant, so you or your facilities team submits it — we give you everything required for it.
What happens to items you cannot buy?
We will tell you upfront which items have no resale value. We can often remove them at the same time for a small disposal fee so you hand over an empty floor, or you can arrange your own disposal — whichever you prefer.
